At Orena Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Securely

  Place the original, unopened fragrance bottle in its initial packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
